To edit an episode, from the patient's Episode Manager page:
- Click Edit from the toolbar.
- Select Episode.
- Click on a field to modify the episode information you wish to edit.

Multiple fields may be edited before changes are saved.
Changes to the Start of Care Date and Referral Date must be made under the Admission page. - Enter a comment, if applicable.
This comment appears as a purple "sticky note" for the task. This note appears in several places of the application, most notably the HotBox and QA Manager. - Edit the patient's diagnosis and frequency orders, as needed.
By default, these fields populate with information from the episode's OASIS assessment. - Click the Update Details button.
