Invite a physician to use Physician Access

To invite physicians to register, from the Physician Manager page:

  1. Click the physician's name to view the Physician Profile page.

  2. Click Tools on the toolbar.
  3. Select Invite Physician to create invitation.
  4. Confirm the physician's name and NPI.
  5. Enter a message to be included in the invitation e-mail (optional).
  6. Confirm (or enter) the physician's e-mail address .
    The Physician Access registration invitation is sent to this e-mail address.
  7. Click Send E-mail Invitation.
    If you receive a message indicating the physician you're attempting to invite is a current subscriber, rest assured your invitation has been sent. This message is just to let you know the physician is already registered with Physician Access. Once they accept your invitation, they'll be linked to your agency.
  8. Print the confirmation page for your records.

Results

  • Invited physicians receive e-mails welcoming them to register as WellSky™ Physician Access users. A Physician Access icon will be displayed next to the names of physicians who have accepted the invitation.
