Deleted tasks may be restored by someone with the “Access Patient Schedules Roles” 

To restore deleted task from the patient’s Episode Page perform the following steps: 

1. Click Tools from the toolbar. 
2. Select Show Deleted Tasks. 
3. Click Details for the task you wish to restore. 
4. Click Tools from the toolbar on Task Details page. 
5. Select Reopen Task. 

The task is restored with a status of Reopened.
