How do you inactivate an Episode?

Inactivating can also be called a "soft delete"--while the episode is no longer a part of the patient's record, it can be reactivated later, if needed. To inactivate an episode, from the patient's Episode Manager page perform the following steps: 

1. Click Edit from the toolbar. 
2. Select Episode 
3. Select Inactivate Episode on the Episode page. 
4. Click the Update Details Button 
5. Click the Continue button to confirm the deletion action. 

The episode is now inactivated and not included in the patient's record.
