Reports of Lost Work
It is recommended that you save your work frequently while in process of completing a note - many clinicians save each section of work completed before going on to the next section so that if they lose their internet connection, you won't lose the entire note. Unfortunately, we cannot control loss of internet connectivity on the user's end.
 
Additionally, we log out users after 45 minutes of inactivity. Our application does not recognize typing as activity. You will need to save the page, refresh the page or navigate to a new page to be recognized as working and active.
 
However, we do currently have a case on file however to research the feasibility of the software program enacting an Auto Save feature, and we will be happy to add your agency to that case. This way we can keep you posted on any updates to this request. To add your agency to the case please type "Live Agent" to be transferred for further assistance.
