• Episode Detail Report, available from the Billing Manager page, provides:
  The Episode Detail Report's date range is based on episode start date

  • Both the insurance for the episode and the payer type of the insurance
  • A duplicated census by listing each episode for each patient on a separate line; duplicates must be removed to display an unduplicated census count
