If you accidentally created and scheduled in two episodes for the same cert period, you can consolidate them into a single episode.

Steps

From Episode Manager:

1. Click View > Episode List.
2. Click Tools > Merge Episodes.
3. Select the two episodes you want to merge.
   You can only merge two episodes at a time.
4. Click Next.
5. Select the episode you want to keep.
   If the episodes are exactly the same, you can choose to keep either. However, if one episode is mirrored with a therapy agency, you should most likely keep the mirrored episode.
6. Click Complete Merge.

Results

• The episode you chose not to keep is inactivated and visit tasks are removed from it.
• Visit tasks from the inactivated episode are moved to the consolidated episode.
