Step 1. Log out of WellSky 
Step 2. Select Settings Icon 
Step 3 Scroll down and on the left hand side select Safari 
Step 4 Scroll down and on the right hand side select Request Desktop Website 
Step 5 Turn the Toggle Switch Off. 
Step 6 Log back into WellSky House Icon should re-appear in your Hotbox.
