Steps

From the patient's Episode Manager page:

1. Click Details for the task you wish to reopen.
   
2. Click Tools from the toolbar on Task Details page.
3. Select Reopen Task.

Results

• The task now has the status of Reopened and can be edited by the appropriate personnel.
