Schedule Report

From the report, you can review what tasks have been completed or assigned for a given user and reassign visits as needed.

Report options

The Schedule Report has a number of filter options that you can use to customize the report to fit your needs. The report can be filtered in the following ways:

  • Clinical Tasks: Specify a branch and/or clinician for which to generate the report
  • Date Range: Specify a date range
    Your chosen date range cannot exceed ninety (90) days.
  • Include tasks of the follow type: Includes tasks of a specific type
    If no option is selected, all task types are included in the report.
  • Specific Task: Generates the report that only includes the specified task.
  • Include tasks with the following status: Includes tasks with the selected status(es)
    If no option is selected, all task statuses are included in the report.
  • Employee Type: Includes only clinicians of a particular employee type
    The employee type is defined in a user's profile.
  • Display by: Schedule is displayed either per Patient or per Provider (clinician)

Include Detail

With this option selected, more detail about each visit is displayed, including yellow and purple sticky notes.

Include Pagebreaks

This separates each individual clinician's schedule by page, a useful option when you wish to print the Schedule Report.

Re-Assign Visits

Once the Schedule Report is generated, you have the option to re-assign visits to a different user. This is useful in situations where the assigned employee cannot make the visit.
