• Alameda is set to open July 13th.

• Ensure that when completing a TOC, you update the patient’s provider in QuickView and click save.

• Send the MRN for new HIV/HCV patients who are registered and sent to Eligibility Intake.
• Please forward MRN of patients needing to connect with their case manager. (This will ensure proper follow through).

Exception: Established SF patients willing to commute to ABQ  may stay with Andrew. For any established patients needing to reschedule, we will personally inform them of the provider change and their options. Note that moving a patient from Andrew to Tim or Jeff requires a TOC.
• Tim Gannon is only available at Harkle Mon,Tues,&Wed
• Eric Young does not  see diabetes patients on Fridays.
