Sports Physicals Information

• Location: Sports physicals are only offered at our Galisteo Clinic with our pediatric provider.
• Provider: Dr. Trinh & Sarah Mele both offers sports physicals only for established patients.
• Cost: The cash price is $75, and payment is due at the time of service.
• Important Note: Sports physicals do not replace annual well-child checks/exams.

Payment Options:

• If parents do not wish to pay, they can request a sports physical as part of their child’s regular well-child check/exam.
• Alternatively, Santa Fe Teen Centers (located at Santa Fe High School and Capital High School) offer same-day sports physicals at no cost.
