SUMMARY
Global IT has put into place an OKTA single-sign on for Nielsen IQ effective immediately.
DETAILS
In order to access Nielsen, you will need to do the following:
- Visit https://cp.okta.com/app/UserHome
- Under "My Apps" click "Add apps"
- Search for NielsenIQ
- Add NielsenIQ as an app
- Refresh
- If you do not see the application, you already have access.
- Try to sign on using single sign on to connect.nielseniq.com
Retry accessing the Nielsen link if it works fine. If it still does not resolve, then you can drop a note to global_helpline_p@smb.nielseniq.com
