How to get access to Mindspark and BetterWorks.

SUMMARY

Only Salaried and Clerical employees (S&C users) have by default access to Mindspark and BetterWorks

Salaried and Clerical employee (S&C)

Open Okta Home Page using https://sso.colpal.com 

From my apps open MINDSPARK/Degreed and BetterWorks.

For mindspark related issues raise ASK HR Ticket.

  • Non S&C and Business partners 

Business Partners or Non Salary & Clerical do not have access by default. 

Only users who have been granted an Exception by Learning team, will have access.

For access BP and Non S&C user can contact their Colgate point of contact person to raise ASK HR ticket.

NOTE : Business Partners and Non S&C users do not have access to BetterWorks.
