The user should be empowered to submit a URL Filtering category change request directly with Netskope before the case we suggest the user to raise the following service request https://colgategit.freshservice.com/support/catalog/items/443
User will be redirected to Netskope's URL Filtering site - they will need to select the checkbox and enter the external URL in the field as highlighted below and then click on 'Search'

User will then be taken to the result page of the site. It will display the current category of the URL you have pasted in.If the category shows as above listed - user will need to click on the Request Change button, as highlighted below:
It depends on the category if a website (after category change request is approved) would be accessible to all users or not.

Further, once the category change request is submitted - user will receive two email. One that the request is submitted.
Another - the result for the submitted category change request.
User will have to wait for the result email for a while.
If the category change request gets approved - the user will be able to access the website.
If the category change request get rejected - the user then will proceed to create SR using below URL only.
