Please be aware that we process orders very quickly, and that once an order has left our facility we cannot make any changes, except as outlined in our Return Policy*.

*We ask that you inspect your cigars carefully upon receipt. If your shipment has arrived in damaged or defective condition we will credit your order in full, including shipping charges. Simply keep all packaging and merchandise and contact our customer service department within 14 days at 1-888-412-4427, or email info@BestCigarPrices.com. The customer service representative will document the reason for your return, and issue you an RMA number.
