Special order items are handled just like regular back-orders. There are no additional fees or charges. The price you pay is the item price listed plus regular shipping charges. Special order items are typically received and shipped within 1-3 weeks, but these times can vary. Special order items are high-quality, good value products that we can usually obtain quickly and easily but do not sell in sufficient enough quantities to warrant maintaining a consistent stock.

If you place your order for one of our special order items, you will be placed on backorder for it. We will then order it from our suppliers and ship it to you as soon as we receive it into our warehouse. In almost all cases, your credit card will not be charged until the item has shipped. If pre-payment is required, we will contact you after we have received the order.
