If you need your order to be on time for a special event, traveling, or for any time-sensitive reason, we recommend you choose a delivery date earlier than your actual deadline, just in case.
When choosing a “Guaranteed” delivery date you may be able to receive a refund on your shipping charges if your package arrives late. Simply contact us the day following your scheduled “Guaranteed” delivery date if your package still hasn’t arrived, and we can usually refund the shipping charges you paid*.
