- Purpose: To maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
- Scope: Applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors within the workplace.
- Prohibited Behavior:
- Use of profanity, vulgar language, or offensive slurs.
- Any language that creates a hostile or uncomfortable work environment.
- Enforcement:
- Disciplinary action, including suspension or termination.
- Reporting Violations:
- Employees can report violations anonymously.
- Call monitoring before, during, and after a call, where company provided call handling application is utilized, and a live microphone is in use.
- Client report.
- Vendor report.
