Workplace Profanity Policy

  1. Purpose: To maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
  2. Scope: Applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors within the workplace.
  3. Prohibited Behavior:
    • Use of profanity, vulgar language, or offensive slurs.
    • Any language that creates a hostile or uncomfortable work environment.
  4. Enforcement:
    • Disciplinary action, including suspension or termination.
  5. Reporting Violations:
    • Employees can report violations anonymously.
    • Call monitoring before, during, and after a call, where company provided call handling application is utilized, and a live microphone is in use.
    • Client report.
    • Vendor report.
